1.  Shipment is received in broken condition. What to do?
    Send us the details through email and our customer care representative will Guide you what to do.

3.  How to return the products once purchased if not required?
  Return it through the same courier you have received and after receiving the same we shall credit your credit or debit card with the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping returned and handing charges provided the same is returned not later than 45-60 days from the date of receipt.For more details please refer of terms & conditions.
 
4. How do I verify charges on my bill?
  By comparing the amount in the bill and your credit/debit care statement.
 
5. What if I did not receive my product?

17.  How to cancel my order if I have changed my mind?
       Please email us right away. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent.If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund.
