Tribulus Terrestris (Gokshura) : Gokshura is effective in treating burning micturition. Has lithotryptic properties & provides protection to kidney against gentamycin induced damage. Tribulus may also reduce and aid in the prevention of kidney stones. It has traditionally been used for the general health of the genitourinary system. Tribulus has been used in cystitis, renal calculi (kidney stones), incontinence, gout and impotence. Tribulus may also have a mild diuretic action. |
